WHAT TO BRING

  • Bring clean indoor sport running shoes with lots of cushion.
  • a BIG water bottle with a lid and
  • loose fitting, baggy funky clothes. NO JEANS
  • GIRL TIP- wear a sports bra
  • Bring a small towel
  • Bring a smile and POSITIVE vibes only!

(it’s hop hop, not yoga)

There are separate men’s and women’s change rooms and separate washrooms (but NO shower.) Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
